Intelligent Coking Diagnosis Method of Ethylene Cracking Furnace Tube with Data Mining Techniques

Aiming at the shortcomings of current widely used contact and noncontact tube metal temperature measurement technology method diagnosing degree coking furnace tube, a new (TMT) predicting trend were introduced in this study. Also, referring to generation intelligent temperature-measuring devices developed for measuring TMT, an temperature-processing algorithm based on machine learning neural network was proposed. This not only improved accuracy TMT identification but also reduced technical cost some extent.
